Walter G. Dahlberg - Board Chairman, Investor & Inventor

Principal, Chairman of the Board, and Owner of Lambert Landscape Company, a 90 year old full service design, build and maintenance company. In conjunction with Steve Moore, he invented and took to investors and to market the All Clear Cordless Mosquito Mister.

Matt Lipton - Legal Counsel & Inventor

Mr. Lipton has extensive background in the formation, development, financing and management of emerging businesses. He currently serves as the General Counsel and Business Director to Sportexe Construction Services, Inc. Prior to taking this role, Mr. Lipton managed the Dallas office of Phillips & Reiter, PLLC, a full-service law firm focused on providing outsource general counsel services.

Bob Seloff - Mechanical Engineer & Inventor

Bob Seloff started his professional career in industrial distribution and manufacturing in the fluid power (hydraulics and pneumatics) industry. He was an outside sales engineer for a distributor that also manufactured components and systems. Rather than component sales, Seloff focused on providing complete automation solutions to his industrial customers.

Joe Williams - Structural Engineer & Technologist

Mr. Williams is the Director of Virtual Design & Construction for Rogers O’Brien Construction. In his role there Mr. Williams has lead the transition and implementation of BIM and virtual construction tools. Previously he served as the Digital Design Coordinator at Curtainwall Design Consulting, an international facade design and engineering firm. He has over seven years of experience in the design and construction world.

Brian Scates - Web & Design Specialist

Mr. Scates specializes in online applications, designing user interfaces and experiences, online marketing, and graphic design. He is currently Creative Director for a digital agency, working with software and telecom companies around the world.  He has built and launched go-to-market campaigns for many applications.

Steve Mall - Accounting & Sales Consultant

Steve Mall began his professional career in the computer and technology industry over 20 years ago before graduating high school. He had the privilege of building computer networks with a consulting company before Bill Gates had even invented Windows. In 1994, at age of 21 and shortly after getting his associates degree in computer science, he began working for his present employer as a software and hardware engineer.
